
Course Description: Create an authentic life that expresses fullness and embodies your wholeness, through deep grounding somatic awareness practices. This program is about daily habits, changing your mindset and learning to connect with the inner wisdom of your body. With these tools, you will be able to reboot your life in just 4 months! You will receive a one-hour embodiment coaching call with Penny twice a month, where you will discover how to reconnect with the deep wisdom in your body to release long-held blocks and trauma as you access your body’s innate wisdom.
Your Road Map: MONTH 1: REBOOT YOUR MIND
The first month is basically about your daily habits and getting you into a better routine to take better care of yourself. You will focus on clean eating and a daily mindfulness practice, to reduce your stress and maximize your sleep. Once you begin this process, you will be much more prepared for success with the next few months of transitions. You will begin to explore the wisdom of your body & explore how it can speak to you.
MONTH 2: REBOOT YOUR WHAT YOU EAT & DRINK WITH MINDFUL EATING
During this month you will focus on mindful eating. You will learn to really examine labels before you buy, what foods to avoid, what foods boost your energy and how to make this a lifestyle change and not a diet. You will continue to build on cultivating the skill set of listening to your inner guidance system and learning to pay attention to what your body needs to become energized and alive.
MONTH 3: REBOOT YOUR BODY
This month you will focus on rebooting your body by enhancing your brain gut connection and regulating your hormones and emotions. You will continue to build upon reclaiming your body and becoming observant about the answers that lie within.
MONTH 4: REBOOT YOUR LIFE
During this last month you will be focusing on combining the last three months to be able to have success for the future. With your prior months guidance, you will be able to sleep more soundly, eat clean (even when eating out or traveling) and continue to access your body’s innate guidance system, so you can be more present, healthier and connect with your body at a soul level to make heart centered, embodied decisions with your integrated brain.
